I was drawn to Costain’s graduate scheme and the amount of support they give new employees when starting their professional career.
The people that I have encountered are all welcoming and helpful. Also, there is a range of other graduates so you have a ready-made community making it easier to fit into the company.
My advice would be to get stuck in and ask loads of questions. Don’t be afraid to message, call or go and speak to someone. The more contacts you have, the more help you will get.
