It’s been inspiring to see how much support and development opportunities the teams provide for graduates.

How does your role contribute to improving people’s lives?

By supporting projects to keep on track, I’m helping to deliver better infrastructure, which directly improves communities that rely on it.

What advice do you have for new Graduates starting at Costain?

Stay curious and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Seek feedback as it helps you better yourself and take every opportunity that presents itself as it helps you learn and grow.
