The Opportunity

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them with product information, quotations, orders, and ongoing support. You will work collaboratively with internal teams including sales, pricing, operations, and logistics to ensure customers receive the highest level of service.

This is a fast-paced and varied role that would suit someone who is confident communicating with people, highly organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide accurate product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Generate quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and processes
  • Develop strong knowledge of company products and services
  • Stay up to date with product updates, promotions, and market developments
  • Support the wider sales team with customer account management activities
  • Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about customer service and relationship building
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable using computer systems and handling administrative tasks
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, internal sales, or account support preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
