Fever-Tree set out to transform the mixer category by applying the same premium standards to mixers that consumers already expected from spirits. In their meeting of minds, it struck our Founders, Tim and Charles, as extraordinary that people were paying so much money for high-quality spirits, yet had no choice but to drown them with poor-quality mixers.

About our Graduate Programme

A graduate programme designed to enable rapid career progression.

The Fever-Tree 2026 Graduate Programme is a structured two-year rotational scheme for high-potential graduates who are curious, ambitious and ready to make an impact. Through cross-functional exposure, meaningful responsibility and visibility with senior leaders, you will build broad commercial and operational understanding, accelerate your development and gain the foundations for a distinctive early career.

Programme Highlights

  • Join a carefully selected cohort of 2–4 graduate trainees from October 2026.
  • Complete a 24-month rotation across key business functions to build broad experience and discover where you can make the greatest impact.
  • Take on meaningful work from the outset, with strong visibility across the business and regular exposure to senior leaders.
  • Develop a long-term career path within Fever-Tree through structured learning, performance reviews and accelerated development.
  • Bring fresh perspective, curiosity and energy to a premium global brand that values innovation and initiative.

Programme structure

Four core modules will be completed as individual rotations rather than as a single cohort experience, ensuring tailored functional exposure and accountability. Each module ends with a presentation to Department and Senior Management leaders.

  • Induction: Onboarding, programme overview, introduction to the Fever-Tree Way and core systems training
  • Module 1: Commercial
  • Module 2: Finance
  • Module 3: Operations
  • Module 4: Quality & Technical
  • Final cohort project: The final three weeks will be dedicated to a group project and presentation to senior management

Eligibility

  • Education – Graduated at 2:1 or better
  • Right to work in UK
  • Role based in West London – minimum of 3 days a week in the office
