The Role at a Glance

On our Program & Project Management Graduate Programme, you’ll be trained and will help deliver impactful technology changes across a huge range of industries. Depending on your placement, you could be doing anything from project managing the rollout of new AI tools to analysing complex budgets for our clients. You don’t need technical skills. In this role you’ll be utilising strong people skills, a curious mind and a real interest in the way technology is being used to shape the world.  

What You’ll Learn

  • You will start your journey with some core training, teaching you the skills (including GenAI) that you’ll need to be a successful analyst at Accenture 
  • You will undergo some programme specific training giving you a strong grasp of the delivery lifecycle and how to operate in internal and client facing teams 
  • You will get the opportunity to gain industry recognised certifications in areas such as Cloud fundamentals and project management 

From day one, you’ll be supported by experts and given the tools to grow your skills at your own pace.  

You’ll get access to:

  • Core Analyst Training: Our core learning programme designed to help new joiners build confidence and skills across areas from delivery best practice, how to work with clients, and programme specific skills.
  • Project-based learning: You’ll work on real challenges for real clients and with support from experienced teams, gain confidence and knowledge on the job.
  • Technology Exposure: Depending on your specific project, you’ll get exposure to a wide range of different technologies and systems and receive training to understand how to use as well as help implement them.
  • Certifications: We invest more than $1 billion each year in continuous learning and professional development programmes. Depending on your project role and specialisation, you’ll get access to industry recognised certifications and specialist externally provided training courses.

What you’ll need

We welcome graduates from all degree backgrounds to apply for our Program & Project Management graduate programme. What matters most is that you have great personal skills, a keen interest in technology and a desire to be part of the change it’s bringing to the world.  

Graduates who tend to excel on this programme are:

  • Great communicators who can make complex ideas simple to understand 
  • Have a genuine interest in technology – even if their degree wasn’t directly related 
  • Can adapt quickly to change as they move between projects and clients 
  • Enjoy problem solving and thinking of creative ways to overcome challenges 
  • Comfortable using AI tools for planning, reporting and day-to-day work – and confident applying good judgement about outputs

Accenture values collaboration, bringing people together at least three times a week at client sites or one of our UK offices. You will be required to be in your assigned office for a minimum of three days per week and must live within commuting distance to make this possible. Project work may also take you to client sites across the UK, sometimes more than three days a week, depending on business needs.
