Audit matters to everyone, even if you've never heard the word before. When a company shares its financial results, people need to know those numbers are accurate. That's where audit comes in. We check company financial reports independently, so the public, investors and businesses can trust what they're seeing. It's a job that protects people, and it genuinely makes a difference.
Delivery of our audit work increasingly relies on the understanding of large datasets, complex models, and the reporting produced from them. Our Technology & Data team empowers our Audit & Assurance teams by providing the expertise to analyse, interpret and validate the data and models we receive from the businesses we audit.
This enhances audit quality and efficiency across all industries and systems, transforming the future of audit.
Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive training designed to equip you with the skills necessary to tackle complex challenges for our diverse client portfolio.
Throughout your career at Deloitte, you will be working with some of the largest listed and privately-owned firms in banking, insurance, and various corporate sectors. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
