You will receive a healthy remuneration package which, as well as a great starting salary, includes additional benefits such as pension scheme, 26 days annual leave, Employee Assistance Programme and preferential gym membership (in some of our locations). Our high achievers are likely to be promoted within the first 18-24 months and if your performance continues to exceed all expectations you can expect a similar continuation of advancement from then on. We are looking for talented, bright individuals, who are enthusiastic and motivated, can work effectively as part of a team, keen to learn new techniques and apply their skills in a commercial organisation.
You will possess a BSc/Masters degree in Chemical Engineering (2:1 or above / or equivalent). You will have excellent communication skills, problem solving attitude and leadership potential. If you speak a second European language such as Flemish, French, Spanish or Polish this would be a significant advantage too.
If you have a Chemical Engineering background, currently completing or have recently completed your degree, and you feel you are ready for a commercial challenge then why not take advantage of our European Engineering Opportunities? You will also need to be fully mobile and willing to relocate during the course of the programme, as our assignments are based throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Finally, ideally you need to possess a clean UK driving license in time for the start of the programme in September 2018.
