"Walking onto the Osterley campus for the first time felt quite nerve wrecking, but all that went away within the first ten minutes of meeting my team. They showed me round, the layout of the campus, it all felt very inclusive. At the end of my first day, i could picture myself working here every day."
"My team are a live delivery team, so they will have constant deliveries and quotas to meet. It's all agile and fast-paced and i'm actually a part of that. All the work i'm doing feels meaningful. My team noticed my strengths and built out a separate task for me, so i get to use my skills to benefit the future. That's a big win for me. As an Intern, we're not seen as people who don't have experience, we're seen as people with potential that Sky can help as much as they can."
"Networking. It's very easy to talk to people you don't know at Sky. Whether it's interviews we're doing as part of a research task, or just meeting up for lunch with someone o meeting up outside on campus, you can start up a conversation with anyone. Everyone works hard, but the culture's also relaxed."
