The first step is to explore our current vacancies on Gradcracker and apply online for a role by applying. You will be asked eligibility questions for the role e.g. Graduation date and also be asked to answer some long answer application questions.
You will then participate in assessments, a non timed game based assessment. The assessment is formed of engaging, intuitive tasks. The second assessment is a non timed strengths based assessment that is scenario based.
You will be given some sources to read related to certain scenarios and you will be asked to respond in a variety of ways – this could be ranking, sliding scale, multiple choice, or video response.
Our virtual assessment event will consist of several assessments. Details on these assessments will be shared with you nearer to the time if you are successful in being invited, but will typically be one to one interviews, group exercises, written assessments. Some of our roles will require specific technical assessments (coding assessments, technical interviews, etc).
For some of our technical roles, you will have a final interview to follow this assessment centre, which will be a further review of your technical ability linked to your degree study.
If you’re successful, we’ll be in touch to confirm your start date and give you all the information you need to make a great start at PA — we look forward to welcoming you!
If you are unsuccessful at this time, remember that there might be other opportunities that would be a great match for you at PA.
