Job Description

PA are delighted to announce recruitment to our 2027 Rotational Digital Graduate Scheme. This programme is designed for graduates with a passion for technology, data, software engineering and artificial intelligence who are looking to accelerate their careers in consulting. We work alongside clients across a broad range of sectors including Government, Health, Financial Services, Consumer, Defence and Transport, to help them take the opportunities of digital and data innovation for their customers, people, and organisations. Joining us as a graduate, you will work on a variety of real-life client projects, delivering innovative data-driven solutions to our clients' most critical business needs.  

As a Graduate Analyst, you will rotate across Architecture, Engineering & DevOps (AED), Data Science and AI, gaining hands-on experience delivering innovative solutions for leading organisations.

Our Digital Graduate scheme will get you stuck into delivering some of the most advance solutions for clients. 

What you can expect

• We will provide you with a variety of skills and experiences which will form the foundations of your consulting career.  
• You will be enrolled onto our Graduate Development Scheme including access to mentoring; and at the end of the scheme, you will be eligible for promotion to our Consultant Analyst rank. You will participate in rotations across AED, Data Science and AI. 
• You will learn to design, develop and support technology solutions using modern engineering and data practices. 
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business and technical challenges and support development of AI-enabled and data-driven solutions for clients. 
• We'll look to you to provide high-level technical designs and to develop software in collaboration with business analysts and software architects.  
• You will also work closely with test and DevOps specialists as well as service managers on automated software releases to production. 
• As your career progresses, you can expect to work across all areas of the development lifecycle, from strategy to implementation, and to take on assignments in different sectors.  
• You will develop skills in a wide range of technologies, and also benefit from the excellent training opportunities that PA offers. This will provide you with broad base of experience from which to build an outstanding career.  

Qualifications

Essential requirements

• Qualification: Undergraduate degree — Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, AI, Mathematics, Engineering or a related STEM discipline.

• Collaborative and relationship-focused — thrive in dynamic teams, build strong relationships with clients and peers, and support others to succeed.

• Analytical and adaptable — demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and the flexibility to adapt your style and approach. A passion for data. 
• Professional and reliable — show strong workplace etiquette by being punctual, dependable, and respectful of business expectations and office conduct. 

Technical and coding experience – Ideally you will also have: 

• Experience with programming languages preferred (e.g. Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Python or C#). Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases and familiarity with cloud-native services across AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
