About our programme:

Our Graduate Programme is an in house, two-year programme designed to support and empower you to develop your career. It comprises of six modules designed to develop your leadership and interpersonal skills and enable you to reach your potential.

What we’re looking for:

  • Graduates with a Risk Management degree or Masters degree.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Passion, flexibility, resilience and adaptability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Self-starters, independent thinkers and positive role models.
  • Highly motivated, self-confident individuals who enjoy working as part of a team as well as individually.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.

This is a first-class opportunity for you to work within the Regional Delivery Partnership (RDP) in collaboration with Highways England. This Six-year framework will see huge investment into the road infrastructure across the South West. We have been awarded our first major project under the framework to deliver two grade separated interchanges on the A303 between Sparkford and Ilchester worth in excess of £80 million which will provide an excellent platform to develop and enhance your knowledge and realise your career goals.
