Join Bouygues Travaux Publics UK and play a key role in supporting the financial performance of some of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure projects. As a Graduate Cost Controller, you will join our central Cost Control team based in London, working alongside experienced finance and project controls professionals while gaining exposure to major programmes including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, Lower Thames Crossing and HS2. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in project cost management, financial reporting and project controls within a leading international construction and civil engineering business. This role will be offered as part of our graduate intake for September 2026.
As a Graduate Cost Controller, you will join our structured two-year Graduate Development Programme. Through a combination of technical training, professional development and practical experience, you will build the foundations of a successful career in Cost Control and Project Controls. You will work with experienced professionals across multiple projects and business functions, gaining a broad understanding of how financial performance is managed across major infrastructure programmes.
Working within the central Cost Control function, you will support cost management activities across a portfolio of major projects and corporate functions. You will help provide financial visibility, cost analysis and reporting that supports informed decision-making across the business.
