Construction, from one project to another, is an ever-changing industry. Due to its inherent nature, it is always a different building at a different location. So there is always new challenges to overcome as an engineer, with the excitement to meet and adapt to new stakeholders wherever in the world.
As a matter of fact, world wide presence is a real strength for Bouygues. I had the opportunity to accomplish my graduation internship in Singapore before embarking on a new journey, transferring to the branch in UK. Thankfully, the HR teams in both countries were very helpful to make this transition as seamless as possible.
And during all my overseas experiences, I could find the same passion driving each woman and man in each project. All wanting to deliver from design stage to construction stage with high standards of quality and safety, while meeting our clients expectations. On top of that, with a diverse multi-cultural team, it was surely a great environment to learn more from the industry during my first years.
