What I enjoy about construction is the tangibility of being on site, learning to be a site engineer and improving my surveying skills. I am really lucky in that I have a young and fun team. I enjoy being a part of it and the sense of achievement you get after finishing a project. It’s cool seeing things go from drawings to being in the real world. I hope to complete a graduate scheme in 2019 and then become a site engineer for Laing O’Rourke.
