Being able to proudly say that you’ve aided in the construction of incredible structures that define a city is an amazing feeling that is very rare to achieve in any other industry. There is always support on the job and something new to learn daily. Every day is a new highlight and no two days are the same. If I was to choose one highlight, I’d say sending out my first crane scheme from start to finish. The joy of seeing your work signed and issued is a feeling that is unparalleled.
