Are you looking for career in a field that matters?

From shaping the future of transportation to keeping society more connected than ever, building intelligent infrastructure to change the cities we live in, or even making sustainable energy more economical – apprenticeship opportunities at Siemens are endless – the choice is yours.

Our engineers create innovations that matter – an apprenticeship with us is your chance to work on exciting projects such as trains that transport people at 250.413 mph, or technology to help NASA explore Mars.

We’re looking for forward-thinking team players with the aptitude and attitude to succeed in the world of engineering.

Training & development

Our graduates tell us about the training that they have enjoyed the most.

We think our apprenticeship programmes are the best alternative to full time college or university for ambitious students. You will earn whilst you learn acquiring qualifications and the reputation that comes with working for a prestigious engineering company like Siemens.

We also provide world-class mentoring and useful networking opportunities throughout, to aid your personal and professional development.

What apprenticeships do we offer?

Level 5 or 6 (Foundation Degree or Degree Apprenticeship) - Perfect for college leavers who don’t believe that going to university full time is the right path for them but they still want to gain a degree level qualification. You will need to have or be on track to achieve 3 A Levels or BTEC equivalent at grade C (or merit) or above.

What else do I need to know?

Our apprenticeship programmes typically last for 3-4 years, during which time you will gain the necessary skills to ensure you are a fully productive member of our workforce and are able to contribute to real-life projects and work at Siemens. To support you, you will have 20% of your working week specifically allocated to studying for your qualification which you will be paid for as part of your apprenticeship.

Benefits

In addition to taking part in a world-renowned early careers programme at Siemens; we offer a competitive starting salary to include 26 days' holiday. We understand that everyone’s lifestyle is different, so we have put together a comprehensive benefits package to meet your individual needs.

We've signed the Gradcracker feedback pledge.

(This means that we will supply feedback if requested after an interview.)
