Culture beyond the day job
Ebonnie describes life at Siemens Mobility outside the day job: twice-yearly Project Management Office away days that mix workshops with team activities such as clay pigeon shooting, Christmas and summer events, induction events, employee networks including a women's network and a race network, a book club, and a friendly London office.

At Siemens Mobility, we're developing innovative transport solutions that are transforming the future of rail and making travel more sustainable. Start your career at the heart of that journey!

Are you an ambitious final year undergraduate looking for a unique graduate programme? Join a two-year graduate journey that combines hands-on experience with structured development. Through technical and professional training, graduate workshops, mentoring and leadership exposure, you'll build your skills while working on meaningful projects.

You'll collaborate with fellow graduates across the business, present your achievements and deliver a Business Impact Project with real business value, developing the confidence, experience and connections needed to accelerate your career at Siemens Mobility.

Our Rolling Stock and Customer Service keeps trains running safely and reliably every day. The business delivers expert maintenance, technical support and digital solutions across the full lifecycle of rail fleets, helping customers maximise performance, availability and passenger satisfaction.

Year 1:

  • Complete a tailored programme of rotations across operational, technical, depot, and business functions, combined with time in your substantive role, to gain hands-on experience and develop a broad understanding of Rolling Stock Customer Services.

Year 2:

  • Transition into your substantive team to develop deeper expertise and prepare for your role beyond the graduate programme.

Ready to start your career at the heart of a major UK rail operation?

As a Production Graduate, you’ll work alongside our operational teams and key functional stakeholders to deliver maintenance for our 115-strong Class 700 fleet. With major maintenance depots at Three Bridges and Hornsey, plus an extensive outstation network spanning Bedford to Brighton and Cambridge to Littlehampton, you’ll experience the scale and complexity of fleet maintenance first-hand.

No two days are the same. It’s a fast-paced, demanding environment full of opportunity, where you’ll gain exposure to real operational challenges, work with experienced teams and develop the skills needed to become a future leader within the rail industry.
