Our standard full‑time hours are 40 per week in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and 37.5 in the Republic of Ireland.
Sometimes, you might work extra hours, such as working on a large bid with a tight deadline. But generally evenings and weekends are yours – time to recharge, spend with friends and family, or do what you love outside of work.
As a graduate or apprentice, you will split your time between working from home and the office, giving you the best of both worlds.
Early on, we’ll encourage more office time so you can learn directly from your team, build your skills faster and connect with other graduates and apprentices on the programme.
