Annual leave. Your annual leave entitlement will be 27 days' per annum, plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell annual leave.
Pension scheme. NPL will match employee contributions and add a further 3% up to and including 5% and will contribute a maximum of 12% if employees contribute 6% or above.
