Emily - Corporate Degree Apprentice
Meet Emily Hardill, one of our Corporate Degree Apprentices here at Morrisons.

Achieve a valuable degree and the start of a great career

Join us as a Corporate Degree Apprentice and make an impact on our business through a variety of exciting live business projects. You’ll progress through a series of placements, before choosing one area to specialise in during the final year, in areas such as:

  • Marketing

As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll also be studying towards a BSc (Hons) Retail & Business Management Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Bradford. Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging. To support your learning, we'll offer study leave to complete university work stress free. At the end of the 3-year scheme, you’ll have the skills, knowledge and experience to continue building a successful career at Morrisons.

Our apprentices get access to a range of employee benefits, including a holiday buying scheme, contributory pension scheme, store discounts and MyPerks. This reward and benefits platform is regularly updated with new offers and discounts, including cashback at popular retailers, savings on entertainment and discounted cinema tickets.

Our 5-day working week (Monday to Friday) gives you the opportunity to spend time working alongside your team, as well as some focus time to study from home.
