Throughout the 2-year scheme, you’ll work across our different manufacturing sites where you’ll be able to experience every aspect of the manufacturing of our top-quality products. By the end of the programme, you will have the experience and skills needed to progress into the role of a Shift Manager and lead your own team of up to 50 people. If you’ve got the leadership skills and drive to make things happen, then you could progress to join our management team and gain a wealth of experience across the business.

We are food makers and shop keepers, and together, we make Morrisons. We’re looking for graduates who share our passion for food, its quality and safety. You’ll need to be a great communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse team of people.
