We are looking for graduates to join us who have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering. You will need to have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 classification or above to meet our entry requirements.
Please note: Working at Sellafield Ltd requires you to achieve both security and medical clearance throughout the on-boarding process.
Our graduates start off with a 24-month fixed term contract, with an excellent starting salary of £40,802, rising to £41,721 in your second year with us. Following successful completion of your graduate programme and subject to there being a suitable vacancy you will be retained on permanent basis with us.
Other benefits include annual bonus of up to £4,000, relocation allowance of £1,400 subject to terms, interest free graduate loan option, 30 days annual leave with bank holidays on top and option to buy 2.5 more, attractive pension with company match up to 13.5% for 7% employee contribution.
