Leonardo has been listed in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 in the ‘Very Big Organisation’.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work is a comprehensive national survey that honours and celebrates the UK’s top employers, with over 500 organisations across various industries participating.
The inclusion of Leonardo – one of UK's leading aerospace, defence and security companies – was based on direct and honest feedback from its employees about life at Leonardo which is benchmarked across six key components: Reward and Recognition; Instilling Pride; Information Sharing; Empowerment; Wellbeing; and Job Satisfaction.
The Sunday Times’s list particularly highlights the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, employees with a disability, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and those providing excellent wellbeing support.
