National Inclusion Week 2025

As part of Leonardo’s commitment to making inclusion an everyday reality, we are marking National Inclusion Week from 15-21 September. This year’s powerful theme of ‘Now is the Time’ is a call to action to take practical steps that embed inclusion sustainably within our workplace.

At Leonardo, we aim to recognise the contribution that every single employee has to offer, supported by the company's Network Groups and Inclusion Champions.

Employee events during the week include:

• An inspirational session with the Force Atlantic 24 all-female rowing team.
• A workshop led by the Business Disability Forum on how to unlock the potential of neurodiverse people in the workplace.
• An open conversation for colleagues and managers with Carers UK.
• A discussion on the importance of diversity data, with the Association For Black & Minority Engineers (AFBE) Co-Founder, Dr Ollie Folayan.
