Gradcracker works here's the proof
"I’ve gotten involved with so much within the business already, there’s not a chance to get bored."
Joined as a graduate July 2017.
This role is a career change for me. I did my masters in Audiological Science and I previously worked as a clinician in the public sector, but wanted to do something more engaging, so I looked down the Project Management route, which led me to Turner & Townsend. Now I’m working on the Heathrow expansion!
Although I have transferable skills, I decided to do the graduate development programme for more support on the technical side. Training is important here and within months of starting I was working towards becoming a charted Project Manager.
It’s reassuring to know that you don’t have to come here with a construction background, and there are still opportunities for candidates like me.
I’ve gotten involved with so much within the business already, there’s not a chance to get bored. It’s more than a 9-5. You can get involved with as much or as little as you want. Now I don’t get the Monday blues.
