Training and development is really important to us and one of our most popular benefits is the "Buy a Book Scheme". It is there to help you improve your skills for your career development.

You can order up to two books each month up to the value of £75. These can be for specific skills, such as Excel or SAS, or more soft-skills related, such as books on leadership or people skills.

We have plenty of space available for break times.

Our offices are purpose-built and designed around the concept that “people who like what they do, do it better”, so we have plenty of space available to chill out and have a break. In Cardiff, we have kitchen and sofa areas with table tennis, pool, foosball, and video games available to play.

Each floor is different, so go ahead and explore all we have to offer! You can also just a grab a coffee and watch some TV. If you enjoy socialising after work, our "get-ready-room" has all you need to glam yourself up for a night out. You can also use it to get ready before work, which is handy if you get caught in the rain!

Ty Admiral also has a multi-denominational prayer room open to everyone.
