Every year Admiral runs an Innov8 challenge, which any current employee can apply to be a part of. The challenge involves working in teams over an intensive few days to come up with creative and innovate solutions to challenges set by managers across the company. This year the challenge was organised by two of our grads on the grad programme, which was a great developmental opportunity for them!
