You will work closely with senior members of the team as well as directly with clients.

Day-to-day tasks may include supporting the team to:

  • Develop analytical and financial models to provide data driven insights and recommendations.
  • Support the end-to-end merger and acquisitions lifecycle including due diligence.
  • Design and implement new operating models, processes and working practices.
  • Manage the delivery of large, strategic business transformation programmes.
  • Assess and manage operational, financial and regulatory risks.
  • Deliver core litigation projects including the quantification of potential liabilities.

How You Will Grow

The firm is committed to supporting professional development and encourages graduates to pursue Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications through a structured study programme, including examination sponsorship and study leave, where applicable. Can I use AI to apply?

At FTI Consulting, we value authenticity and want to see your unique skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity in action. To ensure a fair and accurate assessment, we ask that you do not use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or other automated software to respond to questions or complete tasks during your application/interview/recruitment process.

Our goal is to understand your personal strengths and how you think - not how an AI responds. Using such tools may misrepresent your capabilities and could impact your candidacy. If we detect or suspect the use of AI during the interview, we may disqualify candidates from the hiring process.
