As GRAHAM continues to grow across our Civil Engineering Division, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Stakeholder & Community Engagement Graduate to join our Stakeholder Management & Communications team. Working across a major infrastructure project in Dublin, you will help build and maintain positive relationships with clients, local communities, stakeholders and project partners, supporting the delivery of effective communications, engagement activities and social value initiatives that enhance the reputation of both our projects and our business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop a career in stakeholder engagement, communications or community relations.
Working alongside experienced professionals, you will be given the encouragement and support to assist with stakeholder communications, community events, project updates and engagement programmes, helping to ensure stakeholders remain informed, engaged and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will also work closely with our Social Impact Team to support community outreach initiatives across local schools, colleges, and other educational establishments. They will also contribute to a range of community programmes and engagement activities, helping to create a positive and lasting legacy within the local community.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, flexibility to travel to project sites and the ability to occasionally attend meetings or events outside normal working hours.
This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Stakeholder and Community Engagement Graduate and the range of duties to be undertaken.
