Holidays

In Frazer-Nash our leave year runs from April to March.

Full time employees are entitled to all normal public holidays and in addition to 25 days in each completed financial year of service. Holiday entitlement is calculated on a pro rata basis for those who join us on a part time basis and for individuals who join through the leave year.

Work-life balance is important to us, and the company will consider requests from staff to increase or reduce their annual discretionary holiday entitlement through carry over, purchase and selling mechanisms. In addition, we have arrangements in place to consider requests for extended leave or to help you manage unforeseen circumstances.

Full details of annual leave and the guidelines for managing your entitlement are made available to you on joining and published on the company intranet.

Cycle to work scheme & Season rail tickets

Frazer-Nash has established a Cycle to Work Scheme that enables you to hire a bike and safety equipment of your choice for commuting to and from work. This is a government approved scheme, which may provide savings and tax advantages.

Full eligibility criteria, HMRC information and the scheme's terms and conditions are available on the company's intranet.

Frazer-Nash is happy to provide you with an interest-free loan to enable you to purchase an annual railway season ticket from home to your place of work. Full terms and conditions are available on joining the company.
