To continue with our growth plans for 2021 and beyond we are searching for Process Engineer Graduates to join our Professional Development Programme for our autumn 2021 intake, based in Peterborough for our @one Alliance.
The @one Alliance is a collaborative organisation of consultants and contractors working together to deliver more than half of Anglian Waters capital investment programme.
Our Graduate Programme
We have a structured programme which creates a balance of gaining the right experience, exposure and education.
Working within the engineering team you will support the design manager by providing assistance in the following;
Completing Process engineering design calculations
Assist with the production of process designs which are cost effective, meet the requirements of the specification and which can be constructed and commissioned effectively
Prepare design risk assessments
Maintain files and records throughout the duration of contracts.
Carry out surveys at site visits
Production of clear and well-presented reports, specifications, and other engineering documentation

Masters degree in Process or Chemical Engineering
Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites. This is to gain a full understanding of new projects and different clients, which will provide fresh experiences and support your development
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal are essential, and you must be able to work well within a team and independently. You will be self – motivated, flexible and reliable with good problem-solving skills
You will also have a strong client service focus and excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office are essential
Candidates will also need to have a full UK driving license or in the process of taking their driving test.
