"The Management and engineers have been very helpful and have spent time showing me how projects are done in line with the procedures and client requirements.
I am looking forward to increasing my knowledge of the Eplan design software. The engineers work as one big team sharing their product and project knowledge.
Working as a team when starting at a new company makes things easier as you don’t feel on your own when there is something you don’t understand. Working for a smaller company but doing a similar type of work to the large companies has its benefits because the day-to-day issues are not too regimented.
The Directors are also Electrical Engineers so they can relate to the issues that you might have during the project work. They can advise on the best way to solve any project issues."
