I feel really lucky that collaboration is a big part of daily life at Graphcore. We are really good at sharing knowledge - every week there is a presentation or book group discussion on something, so I am always learning from different people, with different skills and experiences.
We also have a really supportive women's network which has undoubtedly helped me get to where I am today. I truly believe that diversity is key to our success as a company, so we strive to build diverse teams and celebrate achievements by women at Graphcore.
