Candidate profile:

You have a passion for aerodynamics and are excited about the opportunity to apply your skills to stimulating projects. A prior interest in motorsport is not required: we are more interested in your potential to apply your aerodynamic skills and understanding to practical engineering challenges.

Your commitment and diligence have yielded good university results: you have either completed, or this calendar year will be completing, a relevant course of undergraduate or post-graduate study, and you have a good appreciation of undergraduate-level aerodynamics.

With an open and honest communication style and a broad overview of your subject, you relish collaborating in a team setting and enjoy discussing technical concepts. You are equally comfortable working on your own, applying your reflective nature, interpretive skills, attention to detail and dependable judgment to understand complicated engineering problems then propose and evaluate viable solutions in a timely fashion.

Looking to fulfil your potential, you are excited about constantly learning while fostering the understanding of others.
