Join the Vehicle Performance Department as we take on the challenge of Formula One’s exciting new era of sustainable technical regulations.
As a Vehicle Performance Industrial Placement, you will join the Performance Department focusing on developing and applying world class simulation & modelling capabilities with the aim of maximising the performance / competitiveness of our Formula One car. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of talented engineers, contributing to real performance projects, from advancing cutting-edge simulation tools to supporting race weekends in our driver-in-the-loop simulator.

The learning and experience in these roles will lay an excellent foundation for a wide range of potential career paths in Formula One. Previous IPs in the Performance Department have since progressed into race engineers, machine learning engineers and performance simulation engineers within the team.
Motorsport is not your typical 9-5 office job, as we support races all over the world in different time zones. In these roles you may have the opportunity to participate in race support from our Factory in Brackley.
