Graduate Technology Consultant Programme (February 2027 start)

Data Science, Computer Science, Software, IT, Cyber.

About Us

We are Sigma Labs, an education focussed B Corp that provides free industry-leading training and coaching to graduates, who are then deployed at clients as high performance consultants in technical and non-technical roles.

How do we do this?

You’ll join our 15 week full-time programme that's led by expert coaches. It’s a hands-on, supportive environment where you’ll learn everything from coding fundamentals and data analytics to professional excellence within high performance teams, all whilst becoming an AI-native using the latest AI tooling.

After training, our aim is to employ you as a full-time consultant and deploy you with one of our fantastic clients for two years. Our clients are spread across the UK and a wide range of industries - from financial services, energy, and charities to gambling & sports entertainment and aerospace & defence - in areas such as software engineering, data engineering, AI engineering, data analysis, and business analysis. This spread allows us to ensure that each role opportunity is carefully selected to maximise your chances of having an exceptional long-term career. It also means that to give yourself the best chance of securing a role with us, you’ll need to be open to any client, industry, role or location we match you to. That’s how we aim to place every trainee, and it’s why this programme suits people who are genuinely open to going wherever the best opportunity is. You can read more and confirm this when you apply.

At the end of your two years with us, you’ll have the experience and skills needed to move into a more senior role, and the majority of our consultants are offered permanent roles at their client with salaries in the range of £50,000 - £65,000.

What do we offer?

  • Award-winning training, fully funded by us, with no prior technical experience required.
  • A full-time role at a leading client, earning £30k in year one and £38k in year two, alongside additional benefits including private health insurance and gym & retail discounts.
  • High performance career & development coaching and dedicated promotion support throughout your two-year client deployment.
  • A collaborative and supportive environment where learning curves are expected and questions are encouraged.
  • A strong peer, mentor, and alumni community, with regular social and learning events during your time with us and beyond.

Sounds good? We would love for you to apply!

At Sigma Labs, we believe in potential over perfection. Whether you studied philosophy or physics, whether you’ve coded before or just started exploring it - if you have a problem-solving mindset, a curiosity to learn, and the motivation to do meaningful work to help others, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re now recruiting for our February Cohort and applications close in late November, but we encourage you to apply early as places are limited. So click Apply to get started as we can’t wait to hear from you!

Please note that as a mission-driven company, we have clear eligibility criteria to ensure we can fully support every participant. You can review our eligibility criteria here before applying.

We unfortunately cannot provide sponsorship and we already require all applicants to have the right to work in the UK for at least 3 years after starting with us as our programme lasts a minimum of 2.5 years.

We've signed the Gradcracker feedback pledge.
