As the Senior Network Engineer, you will report directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager, working as part of our Global Digital Services team where you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the Group Data LAN/WAN infrastructure in a fast-paced environment, with the goal of achieving maximum availability of all voice and data networks across the business.
This includes tasks such as installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimising all network hardware, software and communication links. You will also collaborate with the Service Desk to analyse and resolve end-user hardware and software computer issues promptly and accurately and provide end-user training as needed.
The role will be based at our site in Cramlington, Northumberland but will have a global remit supporting our 6 global sites and therefore travel will be required.
