Embracing all of our employees is vital to upholding our commitment to Healthy Inclusion and making strides to become the most diverse, welcoming, and inclusive healthcare communications organisation. At Omnicom Health, our numerous employee resource groups (ERGs) provide our diverse talent with opportunities to come together for support, mentorship, and community.


Created to raise awareness of the diverse backgrounds and cultures within the API community and empower API employees to grow in their professional careers.
To create a support system that aids in the successful recruitment, inclusion and development of Black Omnicom Health talent.
To promote unity, understanding, and health through Jewish culture, while actively combating antisemitism and dispelling stereotypes.
To guarantee every colleague living with a physical or mental health condition, difference, or disability, has opportunity to thrive by: providing a community for peer-to-peer support, delivering business-wide education on health experiences and their impact in the workplace, and ensuring our policies, working practices, and culture, reflect our values and proactively accommodate difference.
To bring an all-inclusive, fulfilling, authentic and respectful dynamic to the workplace through the education, connection, and empowerment of Omnicom Health employees from an LGBTQ+ perspective.

Omniwomen, a global organisation within Omnicom, is dedicated to promoting networking and career opportunities, as well as developing the female leaders of tomorrow. Omniwomen serves as a catalyst for increasing the influence and number of women leaders throughout the Omnicom network. Omniwomen’s interactive & engaging programming provides the opportunity to exchange ideas, build skills and share experiences with your peers.
OPEN Disability’s core objective is putting disability inclusion at the heart of all we do. The group works to empower those with visible and invisible disabilities throughout their entire employee lifecycle.
AcentO is an ERG that brings together the diverse cultures of Omnicom’s Hispanic/LatinX employees to support and celebrate each other. By building a community and exchanging ideas, we will promote an environment that supports the recruitment, retention and professional growth and development of Hispanic/LatinX employees.
OPEN Pride fuels the personal growth, organisational inclusion and business success of Omnicom Health's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) employees. OPEN Pride leads company-wide efforts to promote awareness, acceptance and advocacy by creating opportunities for leadership, visibility, community involvement, networking and business.
Black Together is an ERG committed to inclusion & diversity across Omnicom. Their mission is to foster engagement, mentorship and professional development that aids in the retention and advancement of Black talent within Omnicom.
