Recruitment Process

Standard Interview Process

  1. Complete our application form which will include uploading a CV.
  2. Talent acquisition will book a call with each applicant to discuss the role & recruitment process. This is an opportunity for you to bring your CV to life. 
  3. Your application will be submitted to our hiring team for review.
  4. If your application is successful at the review stage, you will be asked to complete a task- 5-7 working days are given to complete this.
  5. Our 1st stage interviews, are generally 30 mins in duration & take place virtually.
  6. The hiring team review your task, this will determine whether you are invited to interview.
  7. If successful, a 2nd stage interview will be requested, our 2nd interviews take place in-person & are generally 1 hour in duration.
  8. Following your final interview our hiring teams will regroup to confirm their hiring decision.

Standard Assessment Centre Process

  1. Complete our application form which will include uploading your CV.
  2. Talent acquisition will book a call with each applicant to discuss the role & recruitment process. This is an opportunity for you to bring your CV to life. 
  3. You will receive an email from talent acquisition inviting you  to participate in the assessment day. 
  4. Once your attendance has been confirmed you will be asked to complete a pre-assessment task, 5-7 working days are given to complete this.
  5. The week of your assessment you will receive a personalised agenda outlining your interview time & the overall  timings for the day.
  6. On arrival you will meet with our agency leaders and learn about the agency getting to know those participating in the assessment.
  7. All participants will be divided into groups where you will complete a group task, all groups will present their tasks back to the wider group.
  8. Following the group task, candidates are divided into 2 groups, group 1 will interview while group 2 complete another task. They will then rotate.
  9. Talent acquisition will liaise with the hiring teams and candidates on the hiring decision. Passing on any feedback to each candidate.
