My role

As a Project Executive at DDB Remedy London, I work closely with pharmaceutical companies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials through diligent project management and streamlined processes. On a daily basis, I facilitate the smooth running of projects, from initial scoping through to creative execution, studio and production. This role has taught me a lot about the process of creative projects, how to communicate with people effectively, and how important it is to perform weekly financial reviews of projects.

The role

The role of Project Executive at DDB Remedy London is best suited to individuals who have an interest in managing projects in a creative environment. Although having a pharmaceutical background would be an advantage, it’s not necessary in order for you to succeed in this role. As long as you are confident in being the glue between all departments that make up a creative agency and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this role could be a great fit for you.

Best bits

I greatly appreciate the highly supportive environment at DDB Remedy London. Everyone is quick to offer understanding and assistance whenever I encounter obstacles, which makes my work experience much more pleasant, and less stressful.

I also really enjoy that I am involved in both client and internal projects. This diverse experience has allowed me to collaborate with colleagues across the agency, with whom I don’t typically interact.

Day-to-day

• Monitor project deadlines and update timelines.
• Attend status meetings and capture actions and minutes.
• Keep status sheets, financial trackers, and other project-related documents up to date.
• Resolve resourcing issues.
• Support project leads with any project-related requests.
• Communicate with the people involved in the project.
• Schedule social media posts.
• Take part in fun social activities within the agency.
