As a graduate at Adelphi you’ll have a personal development plan, regular progress meetings with your manager and lots of training opportunities to help you advance in your role. All graduates and postgraduates join our Adelphi Academy Development Programme. The Adelphi Academy has been designed to support your development as part of a community of new recruits across Adelphi Group. You’ll join over 50 like-minded individuals in a 12-month series of interactive training workshops ranging from gaining an understanding of the steps involved in the development of medicines to refining your own personal and professional skills and organised social events.
The Academy Programme is specially designed for new graduates and post-graduates, who join our headquarters based in Bollington. This shared learning, as part of a community of new graduates across the Adelphi Group, is designed to complement the specialist training which you will receive in your own Adelphi Company.
The Academy Programme supports your personal and professional development, as you are introduced to a commercial agency environment. A series of workshops throughout the year provides you with a fundamental understanding of skills involved across the range of disciplines within Healthcare Consultancy.
