Value Analyst – Adelphi Values PROVE

My role

What I find most interesting and rewarding about my role is the ability to clearly see how our work can shape the patient experience. I have had the opportunity to work across multiple project types and disease areas which has allowed me to develop my medical writing and communication skills, all while learning about different conditions and novel therapeutic agents. The work is very varied, meaning you rarely do the same tasks day-to-day. I have particularly enjoyed primary research projects since I have been able to work with key opinion leaders to investigate rare diseases; seeing the insights first-hand is always exciting!

The role

The role of Value Analyst is for candidates that enjoy pulling information together from different sources to support the value of new treatments and medicines. If you can imagine combining your interest in healthcare and science with your analytical and report writing skills to evidence the value of treatments and medicines, this is the role for you.

Best bits

The whole team is incredibly welcoming and supportive and there’s a great office culture. In addition to collaborating within project teams, there are also the office social and environmental teams to get involved in. Social events have been a great way to get to know other members of the team, especially other joining graduates.
