We work a 7.5 hour day and we operate core hours between 10am to 4pm allowing flexibility to decide the pattern to suit you and your team. As well as our standard 25 days' plus bank holidays, you can flex the amount of holiday you take every year. On a full time contract, you can sell up to five or buy up to ten extra days. If you are part time you can benefit also on a pro rata basis.

As we know the importance of family we have enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption policies. We will enhance your statutory Maternity/Adoption pay, to 10 weeks leave at 100% pay (subject to eligibility). For partners we have enhanced our paternity policy to include five weeks at 100% pay.
