We encourage you to explore and use these tools responsibly to support your preparation, but not to replace your own thinking, experience or voice.
You can use AI to check spelling and grammar, and review the structure and layout of your CV without rewriting its content. You can also use it to prepare and practise for interview questions.
However, your application should be your own work. We want to hear about your genuine skills, experiences, achievements and motivations, in your own words. Please don't use AI tools to write or substantially rewrite your CV or covering statement.
During an interview stage, we want to meet you and understand how you think, communicate and approach problem solving, while assessing your own technical skills and competencies. You must not use AI tools to generate answers, provide prompts or otherwise assist you during an interview.
Using AI to write or substantially rewrite your CV, covering statement or application responses may affect your progression through the recruitment process if this results in misleading information being provided. More broadly, any false statement, misleading information or material omission may render you liable to disqualification from the recruitment process, withdrawal of any offer of employment, or dismissal without notice if discovered following appointment. We reserve the right to verify the information supplied as part of the recruitment process.
We use AI-assisted tools within our recruitment process to help review and organise applications, such as identifying applications that match the requirements of a role. These tools support our recruitment process, but all recruitment decisions are made by people and we do not rely solely on automated decision-making.
