Our recruitment process is famously rigorous. If we make you an offer it’s because we know you’re ready and right for the job.
We’re proud of our fair and consistent approach to hiring. The typical timescale from application to offer is 6-8 weeks.
Start by doing a job search on our Gradcracker Hub. If you don’t see anything suitable, we’d still love to hear from you, so please send us a speculative application.
We promise you’ll get a response from a real person and we’ll do our best to respond to questions within a day.
We’ll arrange for you to have a chat with the hiring manager. This usually lasts about an hour.
We’ll discuss your experience, what you’re looking for and answer any questions.
Depending on your location, we may also arrange a video call.
At this stage, we’ll invite you to spend part or all of a day with us. Expect it to be very challenging, but a lot of fun too.
You’ll get to meet lots of different people, take a tour of the campus and eat lunch in our canteen – everyone’s favourite part!
If we think we’re right for each other, we’ll make you an offer.
