Representing an exciting new chapter in our business, on 24 January 2023 RPS became a Tetra Tech company. With 28,000 employees in more than 550 offices in more than 120 countries on seven continents, Tetra Tech is a leading, global provider of consulting and engineering services.

Leading the way

RPS was founded by a passionate team of academics in Oxfordshire. They shared a dream of creating an environmental planning practice dedicated to making the world a better place.

RPS played a leading role in raising awareness on the importance of balance to protect the environment itself and the welfare of the people living in it. 

Since then, we’ve grown organically and through planned acquisitions into the global firm we are today. Today, tomorrow and together our founders’ principles remain at our core where we continue to find unexpected answers to shape our environmental, social and economic landscapes.
