Working at Rendel

At Rendel, we believe in creating a work environment of mutual trust, respect, diversity and inclusion.

We employ a world-class team of highly qualified staff, ranging from seasoned professionals to the best graduates. We particularly value project experience, technical excellence, team work and communications skills, whatever your specialist field.

We look for problem solvers who have a drive to succeed and deliver valuable solutions for our longstanding Clients. If you are inspired by the challenge of international project consulting and have a passion for working on major infrastructure schemes that shape our environment, then take a look at what we have to offer.

Rendel is proud to invest in the ongoing professional development of our staff. We strive to offer opportunities for training and growth.

Our Graduate Engineer scheme is approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). We are proud that the scheme was awarded the “Graduate Initiative of the Year” at the CN Talent Awards 2019, which in particular recognised the holistic approach taken and that the Company was ‘training its graduates as individuals, helping them identify their interests and support their progression’.

The support and development of our teams is at the heart of our culture. This is reflected in the approach of our staff and the willingness and enthusiasm shown in developing others.

Many of our Graduate Engineers continue their involvement in our Graduate Engineer Scheme once they have achieved Chartership by going on to become Delegated Engineers, who mentor and support those coming through the scheme after them.

Our flat management structure and diverse project teams provide opportunities to be mentored by, work alongside and learn from our technical and experienced staff.
