Are you passionate about protecting the natural environment and ready to apply what you’ve learned to major energy and infrastructure projects? Join our two year Graduate Programme and begin your career within our Environmental Services team.
You’ll work alongside experienced environmental consultants supporting major projects across rail, highways, utilities, water, energy and aviation. Depending on your qualifications and interests, you’ll begin your career within either our ecology or water environment team, while gaining exposure to the wider environmental services practice.
Our ecologists help projects understand and manage their impact on habitats, protected species and biodiversity. Our water specialists work with groundwater, surface water and water-quality information to help projects manage environmental risks, meet regulatory requirements and make informed decisions.
You’ll be supported as you develop your technical knowledge, gain experience on live projects and build the confidence to work with clients, contractors, regulators and multidisciplinary teams.
From day one, you’ll contribute to live energy and infrastructure projects, combining technical information, environmental data and site-based evidence to help project teams make responsible and informed decisions.
Your responsibilities will depend on whether your initial pathway is within ecology or the water environment, but may include:
