Meeting the challenges of the energy transition and strengthening our sovereignty are among the key priorities of the 21st century. At the heart of these challenges, Assystem supports its clients in delivering their most strategic projects. To achieve this, our 8,000 Switchers leverage their expertise in engineering, project management, and digital solutions.

Are you analytical, curious and interested in what keeps complex projects on track?
Join our two-year Graduate Programme and begin your career with our Project Controls team. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants supporting major programmes across energy, infrastructure and defence.
Project Controls brings together information on time, cost, risk, change and performance to help project teams understand where they are, anticipate challenges and make informed decisions. It acts as a project’s early-warning system by comparing actual progress against agreed plans and baselines.
You’ll gain practical experience across the core areas of project controls, which may include planning and scheduling, cost management, risk, change control, data analysis and performance reporting. You’ll be supported as you build your technical capability, learn how projects operate and develop the confidence to work with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
From day one, you’ll work with real project information to help teams understand performance and make better decisions. You’ll support the collection and analysis of data, contribute to plans and reports, and help identify where projects may be moving away from agreed time, cost or delivery targets.
