Lodha Clariant Kolshet will be a mammoth mixed-use development spanning 88-acres on the popular Kolshet Road in the Thane area of Mumbai. Created with a young, middle-income demographic in mind, the development will include stylish one and two bedroom apartments and is located close to major transport links and several the region’s top commercial centres.
The project, developed by Lodha Group, will also include commercial space along with parking podiums to accommodate 6,000 cars. The development will be spread across three plots in three phases. It is expected to have a maximum of four to five building types, repeated across 60 to 70 buildings with a maximum height of 92.45m. Approximately 9.2m2 (100ft2) of development is envisaged for a population of around 50,000 – the equivalent of a new small town.
Situated on the site of the former Shrinivas Cotton Mill, The World Towers is located on 17-acres of land in the Upper Worli area of Mumbai where it neighbours a number of other prime real estate developments.
What sets The World Towers apart is that one of the three towers will be the tallest residential building in the world. The World Towers, Mumbai is set to rise more than 420 metres into the skyline, with World Crest standing at more than 200 meters and the third tower soaring over 315 metres beside it. With this ambitious project, Lodha Group aims to reinforce its leadership in providing quality luxury residential developments in India.
Taking the name ‘Sesen’ from the term used for the ancient Egyptian hieroglyph of a Lotus flower – the culture’s eternal symbol of the sun, creation and rebirth – Mumbai’s newest residential tower is rising up in one of the city’s most sought-after locations. The imposing 285m-tall tower will take its place on the southern skyline of the business capital of India, with views across the Arabian Sea.
The project, developed by Sesen Realty Private Limited, offers high-end duplex units, where residents can enjoy the green parks, exclusive clubs and cultural landmarks in this fashionable district of the city.
